Employee Ownership

Our people are what set us apart: they drive our success. This is why we announced in 2021 that DOMU Brands has become an Employee Shared Business through the creation of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Being 51% employee owned, this provides you with the following benefits:

  • Annual tax free Profit Related Pay bonus* (details below)
  • The opportunity to make suggestions on how to improve Domu Brands for both employees and customers
  • We offer an annual profit related bonus payment of up to 5% of your salary (after 6 months service), and even better, it is tax free up to £3600 (per tax year).

Holidays

We know that everyone needs a break to recharge and come back even better. That’s why we offer a generous holiday package to all our employees, which exceeds statutory holiday entitlement:

  • Our holiday entitlement starts at 30 days, increasing to 35 after 4 years (inclusive of Bank holidays)
  • You can also take advantage of our holiday buy/sell scheme

Company Sick Pay

We know that no one wants to be ill, and that sometimes it just can’t be helped, and we want to support our employees whenever that may be the case.

That’s why we offer Company Sick Pay for employees who have been with us for more than 6 months.

Pension

To give you a little support for the future, we offer a defined contribution pension scheme.

You can contribute at least 5% of your annual salary (or more if you like!) and we will throw in a contribution of our own. You’ll find details of our contribution in your contract.

That’s why we offer our employees a 30% discount on our products.

Celebrate

We’re always keen to celebrate our incredible team and the brilliant work that they do.

That’s why we organise two staff parties a year, as well as multiple smaller events throughout the year.
