We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the paid advertising strategy for our brands.
The Role
– Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring it delivers in-line with time, budget & overall strategy to meet brand business goals
– Assist in the strategic planning and forecasting for eCommerce and BAU activity
– Responsible for carrying out day to day optimisation and management of campaigns
– Gather campaign data and produce reports on performance analysis against KPI’s
– Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign setup and execution runs smoothly in line with best practice and business objectives
– Continuously review new opportunities within paid media, and present ways in which we can implement them
– Build relationships and marketing strategies with the trading team to maximise sales performance
– Present channel performance, findings / insight each month to internal stakeholders
– Feed optimisations using third-party feed supplier

About You
To be considered as a Performance Marketing Manager, you will need:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Paid Media, using Google Ads Manager (preferably Google Shopping)
– Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic reporting functions
– Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager across Facebook & Instagram, implementing and developing campaigns in line with best practices
– Basic knowledge of Affiliate marketing and best practices for running promotional activity
– Experience managing monthly media budgets & managing campaigns to a fixed KPI (e.g. CoS, ROAS)
