Salary: £20,000 per annum

We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us on a full-time basis for a 12 month, fixed-term contract.

 

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

Specifically, you’ll engage with external suppliers and provide updates to customers, handle complaints and seek resolutions, monitor online customer feedback and produce reports pertaining to the customer experience.

Additionally, you’ll help to manage a range of online platforms including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, our website and the company internal ERP system.

Other companies may call this role Customer Service Executive, Customer Care Rep, Customer Care Executive, Contact Centre Agent, or Customer Service Advisor.

 

About You
To be considered as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:

– Experience in a customer service environment
– Experience of dealing with challenge customers and handling complaints
– Knowledge and understanding of MS Office applications
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in an eCommerce environment would be beneficial to your application.
